Description: Termites typically live in the ground but create mud tubes to sources of food. A leaky pipe can also contribute to an above ground colony. They are social creatures and work to build colonies.
Elimination Recommendation: Termites can be controled by creating a chemical barrier to prevent further entrance where the termites are found. Moisture that causes the secondary colonies can be eliminated. Call your exterminator as well as your contractor to evalaute any necessary structural damage.
