When you call Jove Pest Control to eliminate your pest problem, we use our expert knowledge of pests and pest habits to provide a lasting solution. Your Pest Solution package includes:

Monthly Service Plan
For Condominium and Cooperative Pest solutions, Jove offers a monthly service plan to ensure ongoing elimination for whole buildings or individual units. The pests covered under the Jove Pest Control monthly service plan include but are not limited to:
- German cockroaches
- Little black ants
- Common house mouse
Additional Services
The fees for the following occasional invaders may vary as the size of the infestation, and site conditions must factor into the determination of any fee. The populations of the following pests will be considered special services, and separate from the specifications referenced in the Service Plan. All special services will be scheduled separate from the regular treatment day. Jove Pest Control will always try to accommodate the resident when special services are required.
- Bed Bugs
- Birds, bats, squirrels, snakes, Norway rats, and all other vertebrates;
- Termites, carpenter ants, and other wood destroying organisms;
- Mosquitoes, and other free flying insects originating out doors;
- Pests that primarily feed on outdoor vegetation;
- Fleas and ticks.
